MANCHESTER, KY (December 16, 2020) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Sheriff Patrick Robinson is asking for the public's help in possibly locating a missing Hector man.
Reportedly, Robert "Bob" Estep age 69 was last seen Tuesday morning around the Bar Creek community as he told family he was going deer hunting and left on a red Kawasaki four-wheeler.
