MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 16, 2020 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kelly Johnson arrested Johnathan Osborne, 37 of London.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Johnson was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject in the middle of the roadway on South Highway 421.
Upon arrival, Deputy Johnson encountered the male subject and through investigation it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Johnathan Osborne was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
