MANCHESTER, KY - According to jail records, a man lodged into the Clay County Detention Center earlier this week remains behind bars facing sexual offense charges.
After being arrested by the Kentucky State Police, Cecil Jones age 61 of Manchester, KY was booked into the Clay County Detention Center on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 2:05 PM.
Cecil Jones was charged with:
- SEXUAL ABUSE, 1ST DEGREE
- PROH USE OF ELEC COM SYS TO PROCURE MINOR/PEACE OFF RE: SEX OFFENSES
- SEXUAL ABUSE, 1ST DEGREE
