LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Dylan Messer arrested Ryan P. Wolf age 36 of East Bernstadt on Sunday afternoon February 7, 2021 at approximately 1:58 PM.
The arrest occurred on Highway 30 approximately 1 mile north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject dancing in the roadway and flagging cars down on Highway 30.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Messer located the male suspect staggering on Highway 30 in the northbound lane walking southbound.
An investigation was conducted and this subject told deputies he did not know where he was going. This individual was determined to be under the influence.
In addition, this subject was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
Ryan Wolf was charged with:
- Public intoxication – Controlled substances
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
