LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler along with Deputy Brent France arrested Randy W. Hale age 47 of Miller Road, London on Wednesday night May 26, 2021 at approximately 8:40 PM.
The arrest occurred off Miller Road, approximately 6 miles west of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest obtained a Sgt. Mehler charging:
- Assault – 4th degre
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
Randy W. Hale allegedly shoved a 72-year-old woman out of a chair causing injury to her right hip and back requiring medical treatment.
In addition, allegedly this individual threatened to:
- Beat the victim up and blacken her eyes
Hale was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
