MANCHESTER, KY (July 26, 2021) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 25, 2021 at approximately 9:20 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Dora Roark, 54 of Lyttleton Road.
The arrest occurred on Memorial Drive when Deputy Arnold was conducting routine patrol and observed the above mentioned subject sitting alongside the roadway.
Deputy Arnold conducted a safety stop at which time determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of alcohol.
Dora Roark was charged with:
• Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st Offense
This individual was lodged in the clay County Detention Center.
