BARBOURVILLE, KY - The Knox County Sheriff's Department Is reporting that shortly after 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 9, 2021, Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith, Sgt. Carl Frith, and Deputy Sam Mullins arrested two individuals wanted on federal charges.
Arrested at a location on Keck Road in Gray, KY was:
- Justin W. Wilburn, 32 of Gray, KY
- Patricia Messer, 43 of Gray KY
Both Messer and Wilburn were wanted on federal charges for:
- Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin, Fentanyl, and Oxycodone
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center and are being held without bond.
