LONDON, KY (November 2, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Along with Detective Robert Reed arrested Martin Xavier Khairullah age 27 of Anaheim, California on Monday evening November 1, 2021 at approximately 6:55 PM.
The arrest occurred at a business off Highway 770 approximately 9 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint from a male subject stating he had been kidnapped by a female subject in California.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and determined that the alleged kidnapping had not occurred.
In addition, the complainant was determined to be under the influence.
Martin Xavier Khairullah was charged with;
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.

The female subject allegedly involved had already left the business and was located by Williamsburg Police Department who assisted on the investigation.
