LONDON, KY (November 4, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bo Harris along with Deputy James Sizemore arrested Jason Singleton age 42 of London early Thursday morning November 4, 2021 at approximately 2:45 AM.
The arrest occurred off Hibbits Lane, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a prowler complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly the complainant had observed individuals around heavy equipment nearby.
Following an investigation deputies, determined that apparently the complaint was false.
In addition, deputies determined that the complainant was under the influence.
Jason Singleton was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Falsely reporting an incident
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
