WHITESBURG, KY - The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at approximately 3:17 P.M, Troopers from KSP, Post 13, Hazard, received a call in reference to an unresponsive female on Trent Dr. located in the Whitesburg community of Letcher County.
Troopers and Detectives responded to the scene and located Lois Adams, 82 of Whitesburg deceased inside the home.
Adams was pronounced deceased on scene by the Letcher County Coroner’s Office.
At this time, foul play is suspected and an autopsy is scheduled.
