MANCHESTR, KY (January 3, 2022) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 31, 2021 at approximately 2:37 AM Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Heather Smith, 43 of South Highway 11.
The arrest after Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions on South Highway 11.
Upon making contact with the above mentioned subject it was confirmed through dispatch that Smith had a warrant for her arrest along with the vehicle she was operating having no insurance.
Heather Smith was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• One Headlight
• Rear License Not Illuminated
• Driving on DUI Suspended License-1st Offense
• Failure of Non)owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
