RUSSELL COUNTY, KY - The Kentucky State Police is reporting that a man wanted on several felony warrants has been captured. Kentucky State Police Troopers arrested Michael D. Foster age 36 of Russell Springs, KY on Friday, January 14, 2022.
Kentucky State Police Post 15 in Columbia had been actively seeking information on the whereabouts of Foster who was wanted on felony warrants for Rape, Incest and Strangulation.
Michael Foster was charged with:
- RAPE, 1ST DEGREE - INCAPABLE OF CONSENT-PHYSICALLY HELPLESS
- INCEST - FORCIBLE COMPULSION/INCAPABLE OF CONSENT OR U/18 YOA
- STRANGULATION 1ST DEGREE
This individual is lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
