LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Dustin Saylor arrested two individuals while assisting Social Services on a referral off Newts Way approximately 4 miles southeast of London on Wednesday night January 19, 2022 at approximately 8:45 PM.
The arrests occurred after the two adults there were determined to be under the influence and were the caregivers for a minor child in their care.
The two arrested individuals were identified as:
Jamie Lynn Keen age 39 of Newts Way, Lily, KY charged with:
- Endangering the Welfare of a minor
In addition, this subject was charged on a Russell District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to pay as ordered regarding charges of:
- Theft by unlawful taking under $500 and Contempt of court
Joshua L. Osborne age 40 of East Maple Ave., London, KY charged with:
- Endangering the Welfare of a minor
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Theft by unlawful taking – Shoplifting
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
