LONDON, KY (January 26, 2022) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Travis Napier along with K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Billy R. Brumley age 44 of London on Tuesday night January 25, 2022 approximately 10:15 PM.
The arrest occurred off East Laurel Rd., approximately 11 miles east of London after this Billy Brumley was charged on a warrant and numerous bench warrants including an Owen District Court warrant of arrest charging:
- Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
In addition, this subject was charged on a Grant District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear on charges of violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
Also, the subject was charged on an Owen District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear regarding charges of violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO
The subject was also charged on an Owen District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO
The subject was also charged on another Owen District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
