MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Monday, January 24, 2022 at approximately 2:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Det. Jeff Kelsey along with Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Sheena Sparks, 40 of Tyner, KY.
The arrest occurred off of South Highway U.S 421 when the subject was charged with a Jackson County Indictment Warrant for Flagrant Non-Support.
Sheena Sparks was charged with:
- Serving Jackson County Indictment Warrant
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
