PARK CITY, KY (March 7th, 2022) – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Saturday, March 5th, 2022, at approximately 10:15 P.M., KSP Post 3 was requested by the Barren County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a single vehicle injury collision in Barren County. Troopers responded to the scene located near 1442 Stovall Road.
The preliminary investigation indicates that Kenzi B. Riggs (20) of Bonieville, was operating a 2008 Ford Focus southbound on Stovall Rd. Riggs’ vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway causing it to overturn.
Kenzi Riggs was flown to Skyline Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
A passenger in the vehicle identified as Isaiah Meredith (22) of Glasgow, was uninjured in the collision.
The investigation is being led by Trooper Bo Hubbard. He was assisted at the scene by Barren County EMS, Barren County Sheriff’s Office, Air Methods, Park City Fire Department and KSP personnel.
