LONDON, KY (March 20, 2022) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brian France along with Deputy Brent France, Deputy Allen Turner, and Deputy Hunter Disney arrested Ralph Hunt age 47 of Dean Oakley Rd., London, KY on Saturday afternoon March 19, 2022 at approximately 1:47 PM.
The arrest occurred off Rooks Road, approximately 9 miles west of London while deputies were investigating a complaint of stolen property.
Deputies encountered this individual and two other individuals a male and female subject who fled on a four wheeler and were not located.
The individual who remained at the scene was determined to be a parole violator and also wanted on a bench warrant.
Ralph Hunt was charged on a Kentucky Parole Board mandatory reentry supervision violation warrant charging:
- Absconding parole supervision
- Failure to report to parole officer as directed regarding a conviction in Laurel Circuit Court on charges of: Flagrant nonsupport
In addition, this individual was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
