RICHMOND, KY - The Madison County Sheriff is reporting that on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at approximately 1:18 A.M. Deputy Foster initiated a traffic stop in the area of S. Collins Street for a traffic violation.
Throughout the course of the traffic stop, verbal consent to search the vehicle was granted by the operator, Mr. Brandon Campbell age 40 of Harrodsburg, KY.
A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded the following:
• Suspected Heroin
• Suspected Methamphetamine
Brandon Campbell was arrested and charged with the following:
• POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG 1ST OFF (HEROIN)
• POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, 1ST OFF (METHAMPHETAMINE)
Campbell was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
According to JailTracker, as of Monday morning March 21, 2022 this individual remains lodged in the Madison County Detention Center with no bond or court date having been set.
