PINEVILLE, KY - The Bell County Sheriff's Department is reporting that on Thursday, January 26, 2023, a female juvenile, accompanied by her parent, came to the Sheriff’s Office to make a report taken by Sgt. Frank Foster.
The juvenile stated that a male, identified as 64-year-old Rickey Fuson of Pineville, KY had said inappropriate sexual things to her and had touched her inappropriately, by groping in a sexual manner. The girl stated that the incident occurred on June 7th, 2022.
The mother advised during the report that the juvenile was diagnosed with autism.
After the juvenile had several interviews with the Children’s Advocacy Center, Sgt. Foster's investigation determined and it is believed that Rickey Fuson did subject the juvenile to sexual contact by forcible compulsion and afterward had said several things of a sexual nature to the juvenile attempting to entice the girl into further sexual activity.
Rickey Fuson was taken into custody on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, and charged with:
- Sexual Abuse - 1st Degree
This individual was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center where he is being held on a $250,000 CASH bond.
