RICHMOND, KY - The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a Berea man was arrested after an investigation of sexual misconduct.
The initial investigation indicates Michael S. Mays, 43 years-old of Berea, KY engaged in sex crimes with a juvenile in February, 2023.
The investigation led by Detective Donovan Nolan resulted in the arrest of Mays on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Michael Mays was charged with:
- Rape 1st Degree
- Sexual Abuse 1st Degree
- Strangulation 1st Degree
- Incest
This individual was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
