MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY (April 4, 2023) – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at approximately 5:32 A.M. KSP Post 2, Madisonville was requested to investigate a structure fire at 2900 KY-181 N, Greenville, KY.
KSP Detectives arrived on scene and preliminary investigation revealed that a fire had started inside one of the rental apartments.
A female was transported by ambulance to Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY for non-life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
Foul play is suspected and the investigation is ongoing by Detective Jacob Fortney.
