LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Josh Velasco arrested Danny Ray Nevels age 60 of Corbin on Thursday evening May 18, 2023 at approximately 6:50 PM.
The arrest occurred off South Stewart Rd., approximately 10 miles South of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging probation violation regarding charges of:
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
Danny Ray Nevels was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
