MANCHESTER, KY - The Manchester Police Department (MPD) is reporting that MPD Chief Jeff Couch arrested Mark Webb of Laurel County on Tuesday for a theft that occurred earlier this month in East Manchester.
The arrest occurred on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 after Chief Couch obtained a warrant of arrest on Webb, regarding the stealing of two trees from a residence in the East Manchester area of Clay County on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
Mark S. Webb age 52 from London, KY was charged with:
- Theft by unlawful taking
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
