LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker arrested Danny Thomas age 40 of East Bernstadt on Friday evening June 16, 2023 at approximately 6:51 PM.
The arrest occurred on School Street approximately 3 miles north of London, KY while deputies were investigating a complaint there.
Deputies encountered this individual and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
In addition, this subject was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Danny Thomas was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
