LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Ronald Sullivan age 18 of London on Friday night July 7, 2023 at approximately 7:08 PM.
The arrest occurred off J Chestnut Lane, approximately 12 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of two male subjects arguing, one allegedly armed with a firearm.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies made contact with a female subject there along with a male subject and learned that allegedly two men had been arguing and that Ronald Sullivan had retrieved a loaded pellet gun and pointed it at a another male subject there and had allegedly shot into the gravel where the other male subject was standing.
The victim had allegedly left the scene prior to the deputies arrival and the male subject found at the scene was arrested.
Ronald Sullivan was charged with:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
