PINEVILLE, KY - The Bell County Kentucky Sheriff's Department is reporting that: Bell County Deputy Jody Risner has charged a Pineville, KY man for a deviate sexual offense with a child victim that allegedly happened two years ago in Bell County.
On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, Deputy Jody Risner located, arrested and transported Zackery Tyler Moore, 19, to the Bell County Detention Center after charging him with the alleged sexual offense.
Mr. Moore is alleged to have engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with one incapable of consent due to the victim's age.
Deputy Risner stated that the act took place in Bell County two years ago, but was just reported to the Sheriff's Department in May of this year.
Zackery Moore was charged with:
- Sodomy - 1st degree - Victim under the age of 12-years old
This individual was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center and held on a $250,000 CASH bond.
According to Jail records, on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, Mr. Moore was released at 4:23 P.M. on a $250,000 SURETY bond.
