LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston along with shift Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested Eli Fuson age 41 of Corbin on Monday morning July 24, 2023 at approximately 11:15 AM.
The arrest occurred off Oak Ridge Church Road, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a dispute there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located a male subject who ran into an outbuilding there.
An investigation was conducted and it was learned that allegedly this male subject had been involved in a argument with a female subject and had allegedly shoved her down in the building.
Eli Fuson was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
