LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Daniel Horne age 47 of London on Saturday morning July 22, 2023 at approximately 11:03 AM.
The arrest occurred off Sasser Road, approximately 8 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging no bond allowed regarding charges of:
- Two counts of public intoxication – controlled substances
- Resisting arrest
- Contempt of court
Daniel Horne was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
