LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen arrested Richard Cole in London on a Wayne County District Court complaint warrant of arrest on Monday afternoon July 31, 2023 at approximately 2:25 PM.
The arrest occurred after this subject was charged on a complaint warrant obtained by Monticello Police Officer Lieut. Josh Asberry charging:
- Assault – first-degree (regarding a female victim being allegedly assaulted).
Richard Cole age 28 of London was arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
