LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Timothy Miller-Phillips age 51 of Lexington on Saturday night August 5, 2023 at approximately 8:44 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY-490 approximately 7 miles north of London after the subject, Timothy Miller-Phillips was charged on a Boyle Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Operating on suspended or revoked operator's license
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
