FRANKFORT, KY (October 30, 2023) – Secretary of State Michael Adams is calling on gubernatorial candidates Andy Beshear and Daniel Cameron to promote early voting in the November election.
“The best way to avoid lines at the polls is to take advantage of our early voting days, this Thursday through Saturday,” said Adams. “I ask Governor Beshear and Attorney General Cameron to encourage their supporters to vote early and help ensure a smooth election for both our voters and our poll workers.”
In 2021, Adams successfully worked with both Republicans and Democrats to enact three days of no-excuse early voting. Kentuckians can vote early on Thursday, November 2 through Saturday, November 4.
