SOMERSET, KY - According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Bobby Jones is reporting the arrest of a Somerset man on a Pulaski County Circuit Court Indictment.
The indictment stemmed from an investigation by SGT Dan Pevley into damage done to a church van at the Saline Baptist Church.
On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, Courtroom Security Officer Carla Wells arrested Nathan Paul Prather, age 43, on an indictment warrant for:
- Criminal Mischief 1st Degree
- Registered Sex Offender School Restrictions
- Persistent Felony Offender
Prather was taken into custody at the Pulaski County Judicial Center and transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center. His bond was set at $15,000 Cash or Property.
