RICHMOND, KY - According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office: During the evening of Friday, November 17th, 2023 the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit, Deputy S. Johnson & K-9 Deputy Christian, served an arrest warrant on Mr. Steven McKinney.
The warrant of arrest served on Steven McKinney was for the following charges:
- Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors 1st Offense
- Sexual Abuse 1st Degree
- Promoting Human Trafficking (Victim U/18 YOA)
This individual is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
