The Board will receive updates regarding the 2024 Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Injury Tracking Application submission requirements, legislation, and an Education and Labor Cabinet as well as OSH Standards Board update. In addition, any standard, rule, or regulation published in the Federal Register after notice of this hearing may be addressed.
Any interested person may appear at the hearing in person or via Zoom to offer testimony or evidence if, at the opening of the hearing, or prior to the hearing, the person files with the chairperson a notice of appearance which sets forth the:
(a) Name and address of person appearing;
(b) Name and address of person represented, if any; and
(c) Approximate length of time for presentation.
Prior to the meeting, interested persons may submit the aforementioned information, or written comment, to the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet, Office of OSH Federal-State Coordinator, Mayo-Underwood Building, 3rd Floor, 500 Mero Street, Frankfort, KY 40601.
