LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Allen Turner arrested Eddie Wayne Parsley II age 36 of London on Wednesday morning January 3, 2023 at approximately 9:49 AM.
The arrest occurred at a residence off Langnua Road, approximately 10 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a refusal to leave a residence there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that Parsley had broken a window and entered a residence not his own, which he had previously been trespassed from.
As deputies investigated, they noted observing pry mark damage to the back door of the residence.
Deputies located Parsley in the residence and placed him under arrest.
Eddie Wayne Parsley II was charged with:
- Criminal trespass – first-degree
- Criminal mischief – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
