CLAY COUNTY, KY - The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for help in identifying the individual pictured in these surveillance photos.
On Monday, New Year's morning January 1st, 2024 at 2:22 AM, the person seen in the photos backed the pictured vehicle up to the Clay County Administration Building in downtown Manchester, Kentucky and took property belonging to Clay County.
Suspect Vehicle
The property taken was near the Clay County Sheriff's Office which is located inside the administration building, straight across from Pat's Snack Bar and the Manchester Police Department (911 building) located across the street a short distance away.
