DRY RIDGE, KY - The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that KSP responded to a structure fire in Robertson County on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 at 3:29 PM on Oak Ridge Road.
Upon arrival, information was obtained stating there may be individual(s) inside the residence.
Fire Department personnel were unable to make entry into the residence due to the intensity of the fire.
At approximately 9:00 PM, entry was made into the residence and three adults were located.
Two of the adults appeared to have sustained gunshot wounds and a third adult appeared to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
At this time no names are being released due to out of state family members being notified.
This case remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Detectives at Post 6, Dry Ridge.
KSP was assisted at the scene by Robertson County Fire Department, Mayslick Fire Department, Lewisburg Fire Department, Nicholas County EMS, and the Robertson County Coroner’s Office.
