MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Monday, January 8, 2024, Deputy Wes Brumley, assisted by Officer Derek Carr of the Manchester City Police, arrested Morgan Shea Hacker.
Morgan Hacker age 33 was arrested for:
- Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
- Drug Paraphernalia - Buy/Possess
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
