MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On Friday, January 26, 2024, Sheriff's Deputy Justin Shepherd arrested Billy Wagers.
Wagers was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked into the facility.
Billy Wagers, age 37 of Manchester, KY was charged with:
- FAILURE TO APPEAR
- PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
