MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, January 28, 2024, Deputy Luke Thomas was dispatched to Skull Branch Road in reference to a disturbance.
When Deputy Thomas arrived and conducted an investigation, Angela Shoup, age 37 was placed under arrest for 4th Degree Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Menacing.
Shoup was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked into the facility on Sunday afternoon January 28, 2024 at 2:44 PM.
Angela Shoup was charged with:
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY)
- DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE
- MENACING
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
