LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Roberts arrested Terri Michelle Blakley age 41 of Williamsburg on February 20, 2024 at approximately 4:59 PM.
The arrest occurred on W. 5th St. in London following a traffic stop conducted on a gray Chevrolet Impala that had a busted windshield, tail lights out and its license plates were expired.
During the stop the driver was determined to be under the influence and was arrested.
Terri Michelle Blakley was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
