LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Roberts arrested Homer Combs age 40 of London on Saturday night March 2, 2024 at approximately 7:17 PM.
The arrest occurred on Mitchell Creek Road, approximately 2 miles west of London after Deputy Roberts was dispatched to a complaint of a suspicious male subject in the roadway creating a disturbance in front of neighbor’s houses.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Roberts located the suspect and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Homer Combs was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Disorderly conduct – second-degree.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
