MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, is reporting that on Thursday, March 28, 2024, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Julia Cox for Fleeing Police and other charges.
After being taken into custody, the subject identified as: Julia Cox, age 46 of Hindman, Knott County, KY was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
