MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Patrick Robinson has reported 5 arrests in Clay County for the period between Tuesday, April 23 and Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Midnight.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office has announced the following arrests via social media as reported by Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson.
- On 4/23/24, Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Linda Williams for Menacing and Criminal Trespass 2nd.
- On 4/25/24, Deputy Justin Shepherd, assisted by Officer Brayden Gibbs of Manchester City Police, executed an indictment warrant on Dalton Howard for Criminal Mischief 1st degree and Burglary 3rd degree. Howard was also picked up on a complaint warrant for TBUT or Disp all others $10,000 < $1,000,000. While executing these two warrants Howard was charged with Public Intoxication-control subs (excluding alcohol), Resisting Arrest, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (on foot), and Menacing. Howard is currently being help in the Clay County Detention Center.
- On 4/26/24, Deputy Justin Shepherd arrested Fabian Wilson on a complaint warrant for Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (on foot), TBUT or Disp all others $10,000 < $1,000,000, and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree.
- On 4/26/24, Deputy Dustin Henson arrested Alvis Smith. Smith was observed dragging his girlfriend down the road by her hair and beating her in the face with his fist. He was charged with Assault 4th degree (Domestic Abuse) Minor Injury.
- On 4/28/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Joshua Harris on a bench warrant for Probation Violation (Minor Offense).
