FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Russell Coleman is asking all Kentuckians to help protect the integrity of the Commonwealth’s elections by reporting suspected election law violations to the Attorney General’s Election Fraud Hotline at (800) 328-VOTE or here.
“Election integrity is foundational to our constitutional system, and we take our responsibility to protect the security of every Kentuckians’ vote seriously,” said Attorney General Coleman. “I’m proud of our dedicated team who is working around the clock so every voter can be confident in the result.”
The Election Fraud Hotline is always open to receive messages. During early voting and on Election Day, the hotline is answered by personnel from the Office of the Attorney General 6am to 7pm ET. Tips are reviewed and allegations of election fraud will be referred to the Attorney General’s Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI). The Election Fraud Hotline team is led by Penny Thompson of the Special Prosecutions Division and Tonjua Casey of DCI.
Early voting is now available throughout Kentucky. To find out when and where to cast your ballot, Kentucky voters should visit the State Board of Elections website, GoVote.KY.gov.
Complaints logged by the hotline can be viewed here.
