MT. STERLING, KY - The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) reports that after an investigation was concluded in February of 2023, a Frenchburg, KY woman was arrested for multiple drug offenses.
Lacey Ross was charged for multiple counts of drug trafficking, including:
- Methamphetamine
- Fentanyl
Ross has been incarcerated at the Montgomery County Regional Jail since the time of her arrest.
UPDATE:
On Friday, April 26th, 2024, Detectives presented newer evidence linking Lacey Nicole Ross, age 23 of Frenchburg, KY to an overdose death that occurred in November of 2022 to the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
The Montgomery County Grand Jury returned an indictment, officially charging Lacey Ross with:
- Manslaughter 2nd degree
This individual remains lodged in the Montgomery County Regional Jail.
