LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that the Laurel County Sheriff's office is investigating a two vehicle single traffic fatality which occurred on KY 638 approximately 1 1/2 miles east of London on Wednesday afternoon June 19, 2024 at approximately 2:37 PM.
The driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
A passenger received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
More information will be released pending notifications of next of kin.
Roadway is reopened.
