FRANKFORT, KY - The Frankfort Police Department (FPD) is reporting that the agency has been made aware of Ku Klux Klan flyers left in the driveways of local residences.
We are actively investigating this incident and take such matters very seriously.
The Frankfort Police Department strongly condemns racism in all its forms. Our community's strength lies in its diversity, and we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all our residents, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background.
We want to assure the public that we will thoroughly investigate any potential hate crimes related to this incident or similar activities. The Frankfort Police Department will not tolerate acts of hate or discrimination within our community. FPD is dedicated to protecting all members of our community.
