MOUNT STERLING, KY - A narcotics trafficking investigation conducted by the Mount Sterling Police Department (MSPD) in Montgomery County has resulted in the arrest of a Rowan County man.
David Michael Sachs, 27, of Morehead, KY was apprehended on Monday, August 5, 2024 in Montgomery County for outstanding arrest warrants.
Criminal charges for David Sachs include:
- Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree- Fentanyl
- Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree
This individual was lodged in the Montgomery County Regional Jail.
