FRANKFORT, KY – Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that KSP Post 12, Frankfort is currently seeking the assistance of the public to identify a person of interest in an ongoing investigation.
The provided image was obtained from an attempted traffic stop in Franklin County on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, in the area of I-64 and U.S. 127. The person of interest is described as a black male, medium build, with a unique emblem on the shirt, and riding a black motorcycle with no registration plate.
